Solo Practice Room

$25 / hr

2-hour minimum. Quiet room for solo practice, private lessons, or songwriting. Piano, drums, guitar setup available.

Rehearsal Studio

$60 / hr standard

$75 / hr peak hours

2-hour minimum. A full rehearsal space for bands, podcasters, and small ensembles. Backline is ready when you arrive. Show up and play.

Ongoing Studio Access

10 hrs/month — $1,500

20 hrs/month — $3,000

For youth music programs, ongoing artist development, or recurring rehearsals. Book sessions flexibly — no day-by-day setup, no resetting gear. Dedicated engineer support available as add-on.
